Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on our products. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a description of the issue.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item to us will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we will process your exchange.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.
Termination

Faheem Qaiser may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faheem Qaiser from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.

Entire Agreement

This Service Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Faheem Qaiser and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
